Looking for UFO's

We had another awesome fun filled day today!!!!  We went to the Roswell UFO Museum.  It was very interesting.  It was filled with articles and accounts of the 1947 incident that people to this day claim as a UFO experience covered up by the government.  The accounts and facts there do make you question and wonder what really did happen.  It also has a lot of other information and photos of other UFO sightings since the Roswell Incident and well as speculations of Area 51.  It was cool, fun, and interesting.

It was  also cool to see how the entire city has embraced the whole alien thing.  Even the McDonalds and KFC had Alien decorations. The street lights were alien head shaped and had eyes.   It was cool!

Hailey and Maddie made lunch afterwards, before we began our drive to Albuquerque.  Hailey, being the clown that she is, took a bite out of Doug's sandwich before wrapping it up and handed it to him.  Unfortunately my cold had gotten the best of me and I slept most of the way to the new campground.
When I did wake up, I was like waking up in a different world.  There were mountains everywhere- so beautiful.

After we set up, we went to a local winery called St. Clair Winery and Bistro for dinner!  It was a wonderful experience.  The food was great, the wine amazing, and our server, Gil, was great too. He brought us a yummie berry covered pound cake for dessert, since it was our first time dining there.  We bought 8 additional bottles of wine to bring home.  They even had live music. A wonderful way to end the day.

Now we are siting outside at the campground, surprised by the fact that even in a hoodie I am cold.  The weather here continues to be freaky!  It's 71 degrees out with strong winds.  Another night we will not be using the air conditioner.
